For account access, deployments, API usage, billing, or privacy requests, email our support team with the details needed to investigate safely.

Contact support

Email [email protected]. Include the account email, the affected app or deployment URL, and any request or deployment ID when available.

What to include

  • A short description of the expected and actual result.
  • The relevant app URL, deployment ID, or request ID.
  • The time the issue occurred and the timezone.
  • Redacted logs or screenshots that help reproduce the issue.

Never send API keys, session cookies, passwords, payment card data, or other secrets by email. Rotate an exposed API key before contacting support.

Account, billing, and privacy

For a billing question or refund request, include the relevant top-up or usage record. For data or account requests, contact the same address from the account email when possible. Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service explain how the service handles these requests.

Security reports

Report suspected security issues to [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce the issue safely. Do not include live secrets in the report. See the Security page for the platform security overview.
